KLINGER India brings a wide range of soft gasket sheets based on four product groups: KLINGERSIL, KLINGER TopChem, graphite-based gasket materials and KLINGER Milam. KLINGER also offers a special product – Polystrat – a rubber-coated steel gasket sheet for the automotive industry.
KLINGERSIL offers excellent resistance in areas such as temperature, mechanical or chemical, resistance to acids and alkaline solutions, and good performance at medium and low temperatures, which are required by the corresponding target industry application.
KLINGERSIL Fibre-Reinforced Gasket Sheet Materials

KLINGERSIL provides excellent resistance (e.g. temperature, mechanical or chemical resistance) in the areas required by the corresponding target industry. Furthermore, KLINGERSIL is easy to cut, handle and fit. KLINGER Quantum material is suitable for use in oils, water, steam, gases, salt solutions, fuels, alcohols, weak organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants, and refrigerants. KLINGER Compensil delivers and maintains excellent sealing performance in all kind of applications. It is used for liquids and gaseous media at lower pressures and temperatures and low bolt loads. KLINGER ML series are a revolutionary combination of synthetic fibres and unique elastomers, bonded in a multi-layer structure.
TopChem PTFE Gasket Sheet Materials
KLINGER TopChem PTFE-based soft sealing gasket materials guarantee exceptional chemical resistance to strong acids and caustic substances and are highly suitable for such application. In addition, they also offer tightness even at low surface pressures, high resistance against strong acids or strong alkaline solutions as well as good properties at medium and low temperatures. Another benefit is that PTFE does not age. KLINGER INDIA offers 5 types of TopChem gasket materials.
Graphite Laminate Gasket Sheet Materials
Graphite laminate gaskets are suitable for temperatures between -200 °C to 450 °C. Fitted with an anti-stick finish and highest quality foil; they offer resistance against a broad range of chemicals and are easy to remove from the flange even after exposure to extreme temperatures. A large variety of inserts are available which make it suitable for all kinds of applications. KLINGER INDIA offers 6 types of Graphite Laminate gasket materials.
Milam Glimmer Laminate Gasket Materials
KLINGER Milam laminate, a soft sealing Mica material, has been specifically designed to master the rigors of high-temperature sealing applications up to 900 °C in continuous operation. With its extremely high oxidation resistance, excellent chemical resistance to solvents, aggressive acids, alkalis, and mineral oils, and weight loss of less than 5% at 800 °C, it offers outstanding performance across demanding industrial environments. These qualities make it the preferred choice for utilization scenarios involving exhaust pipes, turbines, turbochargers, and fuel lines.

Polystrat Rubber Coated Metal Sheets
KLINGER Polystrat has a steel base, generally coated with a rubber layer on each side creating a noise damping material for brake pads and a sealing material for powertrain and compressor applications. This rubber-coated steel product has automotive as well as industrial gasket applications. KLINGER INDIA offers the complete range of Polystrat rubber coated metal gasket sheets.
